Eleven months in the barrel followed by a further seven in stainless-steel tanks. Aged in barrels that have seen between one and five wines.

Tasting

Mineral and crystalline with a touch of acidity. This wine is beautifully aromatic with notes of ripe fruit and hazelnut.
